What to do if you have received a suspicious email

Phishing, spam, spoof, or hoax emails are much more common today and the best way to protect yourself is to be aware of what to be on the lookout for.

Warning: If you have received an email asking you to log in, provide personal information, make payment or download a file, take no action! Forward it on to support@soleapp.com.au and we will follow it up.

Our promise to you

We'll never send you:

  • an email with a "software update" attachment
  • an email asking you to provide your password information
  • an email asking for  your banking  or credit card information

A team effort
