FAQ :
Can I track multiple projects for the same client?
Yes, add a new row for each project. Filter by the Client column to see all jobs
for one client.
How do I use the profit margin column?
Enter your Invoice Amount and Expenses. The Profit Margin column autocalculates as (Invoice − Expenses) ÷ Invoice, displayed as a percentage.
Does this connect to Sole App invoicing?
Not directly, it’s a planning spreadsheet. In Sole App, use the Projects &
Milestones feature to link milestones directly to invoices and trigger automatic
invoice creation when milestones are reached.
