Manage your bank account

Adding, removing or updating your linked bank accounts

Overview

In order to fully utilise Sole, you should link you business bank account to the app. It is safe and secure and means we can help you understand and run your business.

If you are using your personal bank account for business expenses, remember to match personal transactions as personal expenses or incomes within the application.

Adding/Removing a bank account

  1. Navigate to the dashboard.
  2. Select your bank balance.
  3. Click on “Manage” in the top left of the screen

4. Click on the “+” to add a new bank account OR Swipe left on the bank account you want to remove

Remember that you need to link a bank account to track your business expenses and income. So, once you have removed an account, you need to set up another account!

When you have linked multiple bank accounts, Sole will automatically highlight your selected primary account transactions in the bank feed
